Data Recovery Rate Calculator

We have three prices: $300, $400, and $500. Click the โ€œStartโ€ button below to use our Rate Calculator.

No contact info is required. It only takes about a minute.

*The price shown does not include the cost of a โ€œdonor driveโ€ (necessary for around 25% of hard drive recoveries) because prices vary depending on model and availability.ย Submit ourย Chances Formย for a more detailed price quote, including the average cost of a donor drive for your model hard drive.

Our data recovery pricing is simple and upfrontโ€”no surprises, ever. Before we start working on your recovery, weโ€™ll agree on the rates, so when itโ€™s time to pay, youโ€™ll know exactly what to expect.

  • Most of our customers (about 85%) pay $300 for their recovered data, with any shipping or transfer drives costing extra if needed. And hereโ€™s the best part: if we canโ€™t recover your data, you wonโ€™t pay a dime (aside from any shipping or donor parts, if necessary).
  • We also donโ€™t charge any diagnostic or attempt fees for cases where the data is unrecoverable. However, if we recover 99% or more of your data, youโ€™ll need to accept it. If you choose to decline the recovery for less than 99%, thereโ€™s just a $100 labor fee.
  • Our prices are capped, too! No single-drive recovery will ever exceed $500, making sure youโ€™re always in control of costsโ€”even for complicated recoveries.

We make sure our data recovery process is clear and fair from start to finish:

No Hidden Fees: Everything is laid out upfront, so there are no surprise charges after the recovery is done.
Affordable Pricing: Most customers pay just $300 for successful recoveries, with a few small costs for shipping or transfer drives if needed.
Risk-Free Guarantee: If we canโ€™t recover your data, you wonโ€™t pay anything except for shipping or any necessary donor parts.
Transparent Options: No fees for diagnostics or recovery attempts on unrecoverable data. If we recover 99% or more, youโ€™ll need to accept the data, but if itโ€™s less, you have the option to decline for just a $100 labor fee.
Price Cap: The maximum cost for a single-drive recovery is $500, so you know exactly where your budget stands.

We believe in keeping everything transparent, fair, and easy to understand so you can trust us with your data recovery needs.
